I did a Google search and came across the blog of the creator of that cartridge - Curt Jensen from Typecast Creative. Take a look at Curt's blog. While he's no longer designing for Provocraft (he's now with American Crafts) you'll find more Cricut artwork that he created.
Coincidentally, Stacy (the messageboard member who asked the question) had also found the blog and asked Curt for the names of the images. Curt supplied a list of the images in the order that they appear on the cartridge.
